SWAPR guarantees 100% intentional handling: every accepted piece is inspected, valued, and sold to someone who will love it, never dumped or shipped abroad.

Customers are paid (cash or store credit) for their items, ensuring a real second life for their clothes, with full transparency on acceptance, payment, and destination.

What We Accept

Premium Denim

  • Levi’s 501, 505, 517 (vintage cuts preferred): €8-15

  • Other Levi’s styles (good condition): €5-10

  • Premium denim brands (APC, Nudie, Edwin): €10-18

Designer Sweaters & Knitwear

  • Ralph Lauren (cable knit, merino, cashmere): €12-25

  • Nautica (vintage styles): €8-15

  • Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste: €10-18

  • Cashmere pieces (any brand, excellent condition): €15-30

Outdoor & Technical Wear

  • Patagonia fleeces & jackets: €15-35

  • The North Face, Arc’teryx: €18-40

  • Vintage outdoor gear (clean, functional): €12-25

Leather Jackets & Outerwear

  • Vintage leather jackets (excellent condition): €30-80

  • Designer coats (Burberry, MaxMara, etc.): €40-100

  • Quality wool coats: €20-45

T-Shirts & Casual Wear

  • Vintage band tees, graphic tees: €5-12

  • Designer t-shirts (quality brands): €6-15

  • Basic quality tees (clean, no fading): €3-8

  • Leather bags (designer or quality vintage): €15-60

Our Curation Standards

✅ We Accept Items That Are:

  • Clean and odour-free (freshly washed or dry cleaned)

  • Free from holes, tears, or significant damage

  • Ready to wear (all buttons, zippers functional)

  • Timeless or on-trend (we curate for our community!)

  • Quality materials (natural fibers, premium synthetics)

❌ We Cannot Accept:

  • Items with stains, holes, or strong odours

  • Fast fashion brands (Shein, Zara basics, H&M basics)

  • Heavily worn or pilled items

  • Damaged zippers, missing buttons, broken hardware

  • Items that don’t align with our sustainable, quality-focused mission

 

 

How It Works

Step 1: Prepare Your Items

Wash or dry clean all pieces. Check pockets, remove personal items, and ensure everything is in good condition.

Step 2: Bring Them In

Visit our store in Castelverde, Cremona during business hours. No appointment needed!

Step 3: We Evaluate

Our team (okay, it’s just Cate for now 👋) will review each piece based on brand, condition, demand, and curation fit.

Step 4: Get Paid

Choose your payout option: - Cash: Receive 40% of our estimated resale price - Store Credit: Receive 50% of our estimated resale price (use it to shop SWAPR!)

Step 5: We Handle the Rest

Accepted items become part of the SWAPR collection. We photograph, list, and find them their perfect new home.

 

 

Important Conditions

Payment Terms: - Payment issued immediately upon acceptance - Store credit valid for 12 months - No returns on sold items (once we accept and pay, the item is ours to curate)

What Happens to Non-Accepted Items: - You take them home, or - Donate them to our partner charity (we’ll handle it for you!)

Seasonal Considerations: - We prioritize seasonal items (coats in autumn/winter, lighter pieces in spring/summer) - Off-season items may receive lower offers but are still welcome

Volume: - No minimum or maximum! Bring one piece or a whole wardrobe reset. - Large collections (20+ items) appreciated—consider calling ahead so we can give you proper attention
