I want you to witness every step of the journey because I want to be transparent and clear with all the pain, difficult moments, wins and joys that I live.

When I first started building SWAPR â Love It Again, I didnât want it to be âjust another second-hand store.â
I wanted it to become a movement â a new way to love fashion, consume responsibly, and bring people together across Europe through pre-loved clothes.
To make that happen, I built a clear structure.
Not just an idea, but a five-phase roadmap that would turn SWAPR from a solo project into an international circular fashion platform.
Hereâs the plan I wrote, night after night, sitting at my kitchen table.
đą Phase 1: Foundation â Building the Brand (2025)
Every movement starts with identity.
SWAPRâs foundation is about building trust, personality, and community before anything else.
I'm focusing on:
⢠Defining our values: sustainability, authenticity, accessibility;
⢠Creating our visual identity â the orange, white, and red tones that you now associate with SWAPR.Ăš;
⢠Designing our first website and Shopify store, making it easy and enjoyable to explore second-hand pieces;
⢠Launching the âCustomer Careâ social series, showing the real behind-the-scenes of building a fashion startup;
This phase is meant to build awareness and credibility.
SWAPR is no longer just an idea â it's becoming a real brand.
đ§Ą Phase 2: Connection â Growing the Community
Once the foundation is ready, the next goal is to grow a loyal audience â people who not only buy but believe!
We will start to connect with:
⢠Thrifting enthusiasts, vintage lovers, and eco-conscious shoppers;
⢠Local communities across Italy through pop-ups and online drops;
 ⢠With small creators, photographers, and sustainable fashion advocates;
⢠Our English partner that will create limited SWAPR Merch made from sustainable materials.
This is the most exciting phase: building the SWAPR Community, drop by drop, story by story.
âťď¸ Phase 3: Curation â Expanding Our Vision
After establishing trust and a growing following, SWAPR will expand its offering.
The goal: create a balanced mix between everyday vintage and premium designer pieces â all second-hand, all verified.
Plans include:
⢠Launching curated categories: âVintage Icons,â âPremium Finds,â and âThe Everyday Edit.â
⢠Partnering with European suppliers and collectors for high-quality second-hand apparel;
⢠Opening the first pop-up/shop in Milan.
This phase strengthens SWAPRâs positioning as a curated marketplace, not just a reseller.
đ Phase 4: Expansion â Going EuropeanÂ
Once our product line and community are stable, SWAPR will expand operations across Europe.
Key goals:
 ⢠Open SWAPR pop-up stores in the major cities of the European economic market: Paris, Rome, Berlin, Barcellona, London and Amsterdam;
 ⢠Keep and empower the online store;
⢠Create B2B partnerships with sustainable boutiques and upcycling brands.
This will transform SWAPR from a brand into a European ecosystem of circular fashion.
đŤ Phase 5: Transformation â The Circular FutureÂ
The final phase represents the core dream behind SWAPR:
turning second-hand fashion into a truly circular economy!
The vision:
 ⢠Introduce swap technology, allowing users to exchange clothes directly on the platform;
 ⢠Offer repair, restyle, and upcycle services for garments on an international level;
⢠Launch educational programs to promote responsible fashion habits.
At this point, SWAPR will no longer be just a store â it will be a movement to make people fall in love with fashion again!Â

A promise that every decision, every collection, every story we share brings us closer to a world where fashion is not wasteful but meaningful.
